Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused)
- Have its original tags intact
- Be in its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at shop@ummah-rise.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm acceptance of your request and provide you with the return address. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your request has been accepted or rejected. If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide a reason or incur any penalty. This right is exercised under the conditions stated above.
